Process Until Move-In
Complete Your Procedures from Home Until Move-in Day

After deciding to study at Waseda University, please apply through the 'DORMY International' website.
When it is decided which room we can offer, we
will send an e-mail to the address you submitted.
⚠️ Set your e-mail
account in advance so that e-mails from int@gakuseikaikan.com will go to
your inbox.
When the room has been finalized, please arrange
for payment of move-in handling fees as notified.
⚠️Overseas
remittance only is accepted.
We do not take credit cards or QR/bar code payments.
When you have reserved your flight, please fill in the “Flight Information Registration form” sent to you in advance. On moving day, come directly to the dormitory.
We will provide the original copies of the contract at the dorm after you have moved in. If everything is clear upon checking the content, please sign and submit to the dormitory manager.

早稲田大学レジデンスセンター指定の受付期間中に、専用の「入寮申込みフォーム」からお申し込みください。
ご入寮までの流れ
早稲田大学に在籍されている方の途中入寮は随時受け付けております。ご希望の方は当社に直接お申込みください。
⼊館契約書・振込み⽤紙などの書類⼀式を送付します。その後、⼊館費⽤を振込み、書類⼀式をご返送いただき、⼿続き完了です。
ご希望の予定⽇から、ご⼊居頂けます。家具備付けなので必要最低限の荷物のお引越しがおすすめです。
