You can choose according to your lifestyle, such as WID Kodaira and WID Shimoigusa, which are fully equipped with kitchen, toilet, and bath in each room in apartment style, and WID Waseda with a sauna-equipped public bath, lounge space, and other shared spaces.

Prospective residents can easily apply online through our website, and from application to move-in, multilingual staff provide personalized support. This ensures that even students coming from abroad can smoothly prepare for their arrival and settle in without stress.

Since 1980, we have expanded student dormitories under the 'Dormy' brand, boasting over 500 buildings in Japan. Additionally, we operate the 'Dormy Inn' hotel chain and resort hotels. In partnership with Waseda University, we oversee all aspects from move-in support to management and operations.
